Center for Autism North Shore

OUR SERVICES

Center-Based ABA Therapy

At our center, children are supported in engaging with peers, practicing pre-academic readiness activities, and developing social skills in a natural, play-based environment. We strive to create a consistent and enriching setting that nurtures growth across multiple areas of development and supports each child as they build skills for future success.

Our Service LEVELS

Captains

Captains are building confidence in managing social situations and may even help guide their peers. They Need support in a few specific areas of development but primarily benefit from adult guidance and coaching.

This level typically aligns with a more focused, after-school style program.

Adventures

Adventurers are actively practicing new developmental skills and learning how to apply strategies across settings. They are working on a broader range of goals with adult support while building independence in daily life skills.

This level often aligns with a half-school, half-therapy model.

Navigators

Navigators benefit from consistent adult support throughout the day while learning foundational communication, social, and adaptive skills. They may need a level of individualized support that is difficult to access in a traditional school or daycare setting.
This level typically aligns with a comprehensive, full-day therapy program.

Stars

STARS represent growth and independence. These children are ready to “shoot for the stars” and gradually fade out of services as they continue thriving in school and community settings.

WHICH LEVEL OR PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR MY CHILD?

Our clinical team partners closely with caregivers to determine the most supportive option through individualized assessment, direct observation, and ongoing collaboration. Program recommendations are tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and developmental profile and are reviewed over time as those needs evolve.
